Service Level Agreement

Our commitment to uptime and reliability for your hosting needs.

1. Uptime Commitment

We guarantee that our hosting infrastructure will be available 99.9% of the time in any given monthly billing cycle. Our network is monitored 24/7 to ensure maximum reliability for your services.

2. Service Credits

If we fail to meet our uptime commitment, you are entitled to service credits applied to your next billing cycle. Credits are calculated based on the total downtime experienced during the affected month.

3. Scheduled Maintenance

Maintenance that is scheduled and announced at least 24 hours in advance via our Discord server or email is excluded from uptime calculations. We aim to perform all maintenance during off-peak hours to minimise impact.

4. Exclusions

Downtime caused by user-side issues (e.g., misconfiguration, script errors), external network issues beyond our control, or force majeure events is not covered by this SLA.
